Start your weekend off right! Enjoy a one-hour Pilates class led by Certified Instructor Michelle Moore from Michelle Moore Fitness Nutrition And Wellness. This class is designed to improve your strength, flexibility, and balance.

This session is perfect for all fitness levels.

After the workout, hang out and socialize with a complimentary wine(For those 21 and up only). Our coffee bar will also be open.
